A&A WORKS (CONSERVATION)

This project entails addition and alteration (A&A) works to a conserved 100-year-old, 3-storey former school building, aimed at repurposing it into a Centre. The works involve careful restoration and upgrading of the heritage structure, successfully carried out the installation of micro-piles within the existing building structure, accompanied by intensive reinforcement work ensuring the building’s historical character is preserved while integrating modern facilities to meet the operational needs of the Centre. The project reflects a balance between heritage conservation and functional transformation.
